ETNA & CHIC CHEF - Comfort Food

“Well prepared is worth the dinner”: the seventh edition of Etna & Chic Chef, the awaited food and wine event at the foot of the volcano, is dedicated this year to the theme of comfort food, with over twenty of the best CHIC chefs in Italy .

The event is organized by the Italian association CHIC - Charming Italian Chef, with the collaboration of the Italian Chefs Federation and the Provincial Association Cooks Etnei. The protagonist is "comfort food": food as a territory with its raw materials, food as a source and well-being, but also as solidarity.
