Lucaffè, the Brescia-based roasting company specialising in the production of espresso coffee pods, has obtained an endorsement with Keisuke Honda. The popular footballer and coffee-lover, after tasting Lucaffè coffee and visiting the Lucaffè headquarters, decided to become a spokesperson for the company in Japan.
Established in 1996 in Padenghe, a small town on the shores of Lake Garda, in the province of Brescia, Lucaffè is a 100% Italian company: located near the roaster is a plant manufacturing all the machinery used for the roasting, as well as small-sized espresso-makers for coffee shops and restaurants, under the aegis of the brand La Piccola. Over the past twenty years, Lucaffè’s sales volume has increased dramatically, with more than 2 million cups consumed monthly in Italy. Lucaffè is currently sold in over 60 countries, which will include Japan starting from May.
