Italian Wine and Sushi

From 5th (Wednesday) to 8th (Saturday) July, at Sushi B, Japanese cuisine will meet Italian bubbles. For four days, it will be possible to taste specialities from the land of the rising sun paired with a selection of Ferrari Trentodoc sparkling wines. Served on the garden terrace, the aperitivo menu will be enriched with Chef Nobuya Niimori’s food and wine tasting recommendations. This initiative has marked another step forward in the gourmet exchange between Italy and Japan and is expected to be a sure hit.
