METODI E STRUMENTI PER STRUMENTI PER L'INNOVAZIONE NEL FOOD




On Friday 12th April the International Academy of Sensory Analysis inaugurates a new laboratory of sensory analysis at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Piacenza. A workshop will be organised to highlight the enhancement of sensory science and their use in the innovation and in the marketing field. The workshop deals also the innovation in the food sector. It will begin at 9 am. The university is located in via Emilia Parmense, 84.
